Bordando Feminicidios – Amalgama Lunar – Tunja -  - Acción en vivo

 

Para algunas mujeres la acción de bordar se ha convertido en un acto de memoria y de liberación, bordar los nombres de las mujeres asesinadas por sus ex parejas pretendo dejar visibilizado el acto más extremo de la violencia hacia las mujeres, estos nombres son el relato de algunas mujeres que fueron violadas, otras fueron golpeadas hasta que su corazón dejó de latir, otras fueron violadas y luego asesinadas por sus exparejas, o un amigo, o un familiar, en muchos de los casos el estado no se ha manifestado o no lo reconoce como feminicidio.

Boyacá es el uno de los municipios con más alto índice de feminicidios en el País, nombrar a todas nuestras muertas es reconocer la violencia estructural e histórica, que existe en todos los territorios y en cada uno se manifiesta de forma diferente, donde la forma extrema de esta violencia es el feminicidio.

Como artista y como mujer  veo la necesidad de nombrar a las mujeres asesinadas, desde hace cinco años he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar con mujeres, niñas y niños, en distintos escenarios donde al nombrar los diferentes tipos de violencia ejercidas hacía la mujer existe normalidad en los diferentes escenarios, es importante reconocer y nombrar a  las mujeres, visibilizar las diferentes agresiones, la  historia de las mujeres no puede seguir siendo invisibilizadas y las agresiones no deben seguir siendo normalizadas.

Boyacá is one of the municipalities with the highest rate of femicide in the country. To name all of our dead is to recognize the structural and historical violence that exists in all of the territories and in each one it manifests itself in a different way, where the extreme form of this violence is femicide.

As artist and woman I see the necessity to name the murdered women, for five years I have had the opportunity to work with women, girls and boys, in different scenes where when naming the different types from violence exerted towards the woman it exists normality in the different scenes, is important to recognize and to name to the women, to make visible the different aggressions, the history of the women cannot continue being invisible and the aggressions do not have to continue being normalized.
